A farm of 51 hectares in Goudge rural district, at just 25 Km from San Rafael city, placed in a very nice area of deep and fertile soil (franco-arenoso), ideal for any type of crop activity. The farm has 6 hectares of vines: 3 of Merlot vine and 3 of Malvec vine, each of just 7 years of age. The plantation is protected by hail net, and irrigated by a system of drip watering, which water is pumped from a 4 million litres dam, that is covered by a waterproof plastic of 800 microns. The water enters the dam directly from the irrigation canal that comes from Atuel River. The pumping system has a surface pump, filters and a dosing pump for chemical fertilizers and the cleaning of the whole system.
In the farm, there also are barns and corridors for the cattle, two hectares cultivated in alfalfa, two houses for guardians and a storage place, a water drilling with a mechanical pump and the rest of the propriety is not cultivated.
